David Prunell Friend is an expert in Talent Management and Human Resources, so he has collaborated in numerous consulting projects in multinational companies and SMEs especially in companies in industrial and service environments, in everything related to the implementation of strategic human resources management policies, implementation of equality plans, job evaluations, remuneration policies, people analytics, redesign of organizational structures and process reengineering, creation, management and leadership of teams, as well as change management projects and advice on collective bargaining. He has worked in large consumer multinationals and has been a director and professor in the business school sector for more than a decade, as well as a visiting professor in foreign universities.
